La Petite Grange is on 3 floors, accommodating up to 5 people. On the ground floor there is a
large, open plan living room with fitted kitchen and dining area. Comfortably furnished with sofa, arm chairs, dining table, TV and Hi Fi. The kitchen area is spacious and well equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Windows overlook the splendid views. The 1st floor has a large double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. French doors lead out to the rear of the house and shaded garden area.
On the 2nd Floor is a large bedroom with three single beds and en suite bathroom with bath, basin and WC.
The house has its own terrace, garden and orchard, as well as the use of the communal gardens. The heated swimming pool is just below the house and garden. Access to the estate is by private road.
The 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool in front of the house is exclusively for the use of guests at La Petite Grange and the owners who live in the house next door. The location has spectacular views over the countryside, including the Castle of Turenne, 6kms away. For many, the main attraction of the region are the rolling hills, peace and quiet of our immediate surroundings, as well as the local gastronomic specialities such as foie gras, truffles, walnuts, cassoulet, confit de canard and cabecou cheese. Local wines include a delightful red, Mille et Une Pierres from the nearby vineyard of Branceilles, and the aperitif wines “Vin de Paille” and “Vin de Noix”.
