Large lounge/diner and a separate kitchen on the ground floor. Light and airy double and twin bedroom and shower room on the first floor. Our own spring water is available for guests. We like our guests to feel at home so we provide an abundance or crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and glasses, Freeview TV, DVD player, all linen for use in the cottage including towels and tea towels, electricity and heating, a supply of environmentally friendly products and washing up liquid are all included in the hire fee. Cot, high chair, baby bath and bed guard are available on request, no extra charge. Guests are invited to enjoy the beautiful cottage garden alongside which is the spacious sun deck with loungers and solar heated pool which is available from May to September. Please bring your own beach/pool towels.

A perfect base to explore the coast and countryside and attractions of South Devon. The Cottages are believed to date back to the 17th century and it still retain much of its charm and character. The cottages have been tastefully converted, decorated and fitted, each with its own individual style. Well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement £20. Free WIFI, parking for one car. Access, 16 metres from car park on a shingle pathway. Bathroom and bedrooms on the first floor.

An ideal location to explore the award winning beaches, beautiful country side and historic towns of, Totnes, Dartmouth and Torquay.The ancient village of Marldon, its lanes, countryside ancient Church and Church House Inn are featured in several published Devon walking guides.
