Book a holiday online at Bramblewood, which is a very welcoming comfortable cottage that with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dishwasher makes an ideal holiday base for a family or up to six adults and a toddler. It's a single-storey detached cottage, having a large garden, from the rear of which you can glimpse the sea. Rated as '4 star' by the English Tourist Council, we have tried to provide the extra touches to the cottage to make your holiday one you'll remember for years to come... for all the right reasons!
Ideal for asthma and allergy sufferers, it is non-smoking and does not accept pets, and new laminate flooring has been installed throughout the cottage.
Bramblewood has 3 bedrooms:- 2 doubles and a large twin room. There is a large open plan lounge/dining area with wall mounted flat screen digital TV, DVD player & CD/radio/tape mini hi-fi.
The adjoining fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, plus fridge-freezer, microwave, etc. We can also supply a cot, highchair and bed-guard if your child needs these.
Bramblewood Cottage is situated on a small very quiet peaceful site in the village of Poughill, just 1½ miles from Bude. There is a pub in the village nearby, and a choice of three supermarkets in Bude for those who don't want compete isolation while on holiday! Bude's many sandy beaches are ideal for body boarding, paddling, rock pooling and sand castles!
The large indoor heated swimming pool (12m by 6m) is only 1.27m deep throughout, and therefore ideal for young children, as well as adults wanting to swim laps. It is opens daily at 7.45am to enable you to take a pre-breakfast swim! It opens from February half term - through to New Year. (Please see the exact dates on our website.)
