Spider's Web Cottage has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs there is a large, galleried bedroom, with a King Size bed, with a new Memory Foam mattress and a small single bed for a young child (6th person). There is room for a cot also. LCD TV, with Freeview. Recent, lovely en suite bathroom. Charming sitting room downstairs, looking over the gardens with a new 42" Plasma Screen TV, Freeview, DVD Player. Well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine. 2 further bedrooms downstairs with one being a twin room or we can zip and link the beds into a King Size bed and the 3rd bedroom being a small single room. A fabulous family bathroom, complete with P shaped shower bath, also recently installed. Oil fired Central Heating also newly installed for out of season breaks.
This cottage is equipped with the following great features: Colour TV in main bedroom, BBQ, Patio Table and Benches or Chairs. Great outside space for families, with room for a game of tennis, swings, slide and see saw for the children. We do not accept pets here.
We are No Smoking in the cottages but you may smoke on the patio outside. We have reduced rates for less than 5/6 people, ie £170 for a couple November to March.

The area has lots of watersports available for those wishing to learn the many different skills on or under the water, walking, horse riding, gliding are also close by. Newquay is famous for its surfing and sandy beaches. Newquay Zoo and Water World for the times when you want a change from the beach.
There are safe sandy beaches within 2 miles of Hendra Paul Farm where families can enjoy miles of golden sand in a safe environment just a few minutes away from their accommodation. We are about 4 miles from Mawgan Porth Beach and 3 miles from Watergate Bay, with its lovely cafes and pub, plus Jamie Olivers Fifteen Cornwall Restaurant. Porth Beach is 5 minutes drive from the cottage, about 2 miles.
Being just a few miles from the A30 means that the whole of Cornwall can be easily accessed, Lands End in the west or Tintagel in the east are less than an hours drive away. The south coast port of Falmouth or the cathedral city of Truro are even closer. The many National Trust Properties, English Heritage sites and Castles, theme parks, museums and wildlife sanctuaries are all easily within reach. The Eden Project is half an hour away.
A very pretty country cottage with beautiful split level accommodation, sleeping up to 6 in 3 bedrooms.
