The cottage is situated on a Grade 2 Listed Cornish farmstead which has its origins in the 17th century. No longer a working farm, Barn Cottage and its neighbouring cottages are surrounded by and overlook open countryside around a central courtyard.
Barn Cottage has a double bedroom with adjoining bath/shower room with WC. The cottage has lounge/dining areas and is well specified with remote control colour TV, DVD player, video recorder and stereo CD/radio. Barn Cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and is centrally heated. Guests can take advantage of the late afternoon sun by relaxing on the patio outside. The cottage is situated in spacious communal gardens with lawned areas, ideal for picnics and barbecues and safe for your children to play in. There are a further two and a half acres of pasture land where guests can walk their dogs or play with their children. Barn Cottage is supplied with its own picnic table and seating area.
