Lee cottage is discreetly placed in the heart of the village and has estuary, village and country views from the large bedroom. 80 yards from the quay, boats & famous narrow Market street. Large bedroom with a double and a single bed, easy chairs and lovely views of the river estuary & Instow beach through the village. Bathroom upstairs shower, toilet & washbasin, accessed from the bedroom. Downstairs full sized kitchen (washing machine etc) & lounge diner, with sofa bed. Traditional Appledore cob walled yard. Beds will be made up for you with fresh white cotton sheets, towels etc supplied, welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk etc etc foryour stay (just bring yourselves!).
The village has fascinating narrow pedestrian only streets, small, quality art galleries, craft shops, several pubs, pub restaurants, restaurant, and tea shops.There is a post office, a convenience store and a fish & chip shop. The quayside is 80 yards from the cottage.There is an excellent maritime museum. Beautiful area - surf beaches, spectacular coastline, unique villages, lots to see and do.
