Ardpoll House is a beautifully equipped, two bedroom house on the well known island of Easdale, centre of the Slate Islands, just south of Oban, on West Coast of Scotland. Situated in a European Special Area of Conservation, a living landscape of an important part of the local history of Argyll . Ardpoll House is by the inner harbour and a 3 minute walk from the public ferry. We have no roads or cars, just a paradise for families to be part of a unique community.
The sitting room has two sofas that are so comfortable to curl up in and read; with TV, video, radio & CD player. The seperate dining room has a farmhouse-style table, chairs for four, with dresser and serving table. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons, including washing machine & dryer, dishwasher & microwave, fridge freezer, and a large collection of cookery books.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size double bed, and bedroom 2 has two single beds with 6 foot 2 inch mattresses. The bathroom has a full-length bath and shower cubicle, w.c and hand basin.
Both the side and front gardens are secure for children, with table and chairs for any meals outside.
Amongst the attractions on Easdale Island are a cosy pub, an award-winning Museum, and a programme of music events attracting international classical & folk music groups. here are no roads & no cars.
