Located inside ancient Pittenweem harbour, which dates back to the 13th century and is home to Fife's fishing fleet, 20 East Shore is a Grade B listed building. Its proximity to the active fishing harbour (about 25 paces) means that if you wake up early, you can watch today's catch being landed from your bedroom window or at any time simply enjoy the spectacular maritime views.
The flat comprises the upper floors of the house, the owner retaining the ground floor for his personal use. There are three double bedrooms, (one king and two twins (one of which can be zip-linked to form a super king). The middle floor bedroom has its own private bathroom while the top floor bedrooms enjoy en suite facilities. A daybed can be optionally provided in one of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge and a stunning luxuriously appointed open plan kitchen / diner leading to the rear terrace and enclosed garden with superb views over Pittenweem's townscape.
Pittenweem lies in the heart of the East Neuk, being the middle of its five picture postcard coastal towns (Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem, St Monans, Elie). Between them they offer a multitude of historic sites as well as many cultural and leisure pursuits to suit all tastes.
