Alborada is a one bedroomed apartment with the lounge having two sofa beds, satellite TV. The kitchen is new in an American style, totally refurbished with full oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and breakfast bar with stools. The bedroom has two single beds with large wardrobe and the bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc, wash basin, bidet.
The balcony has a table and chairs, with afternoon sun.
There is a lift and large sea water community pools and gardens. Outside the complex is a supermarket, bars & restaurants. A pebble beach is a two minute walk and golf courses (Golf del Sur and Los Palos) are 10mins drive away. The apartment is in a very central location with a bus stop outside with regular service to all parts of island.
