Villa Susanna is a beautifully modern 4 bedroom semi-detached villa and is next door to our other property Villa Stephanie. This brand new villa is situated within a 4-6 minute walk of the sandy beach and beautiful resort of Playa Blanca, where you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars.
The property consists of four bedrooms, three of which are double rooms, the fourth has wooden bunkbeds which are popular with youngsters. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a large family bathroom. The fully equipped modern kitchen leads onto a spacious, comfortable lounge/diner. From here, double doors lead to a large covered terrace with additional table and seating for dining "al Fresco". The large solar heated pool can be viewed from the lounge and dining areas.
South of Playa Blanca there are the quiet bays and beautiful fine white sandy beaches of El Papagayo. Further north there are the more commercial beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and Los Pocillos. If you enjoy sport, action and adventure then Lanzarote is the place for you! There are excellent facilities for the extreme sports fans including, surfing, windsurfing, hang-gliding and mountain biking to name but a few.
