Villa Stephanie is located in Los Calamares, a pretty and tranquil area of Playa Blanca. It has great views and is the ideal choice for a sunshine holiday. This brand new villa is situated within a 4-6 minute walk of the sandy beach of Playa Blanca, where you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars situated along it's pretty promenade. We have another villa next door called Villa Susanna which is ideal for larger parties, sleeping up to 16 people between the two.
The property comprises of four bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom. There are two bedrooms with twin beds and a fourth bedroom with bunkbeds which is popular with youngsters. The family bathroom is spacious and there is an en-suite shower room in the Master bedroom. The lounge is large, modern and cosy and there is a separate kitchen which is light and airy. There are double doors from the lounge that lead to a pretty covered terrace where there is additional patio furniture for dining "al fresco"! The large heated pool has steps leading into it and can be seen from the lounge and dining area.
Within Playa Blanca there are a number of sandy beaches. The White beach in the very centre of the town has beed awared a European "blue flag", a tribute to it's cleanliness. Playa Flamingo is a few minutes walk to the west and is very attractive and safe for families. Rubicon Marina is a recently completed beautiful marina which has fine restaurants and a superb dive school.
