An exclusive and very private detached villa on two levels in a mature south facing secluded garden with private pool, situated on the hillside area of Pinosol overlooking Javea, yet only 2.5km from the beach, restaurants, and shops of Javea Arenal.
The villa sleeps 6/8. The main part comprises a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom,a twin room, a lounge/dining area, separate shower room and an enclosed naya together with an open naya overlooking the pool. The kitchen has a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and comprehensive range of utensils.
The lower level has separate lockable access making it ideal for Grandparents or Teenagers and features a lounge/diner, kitchenette, double sofa bed, together with a separate double bedroom and separate shower room. The villa has a laundry room. To complete the picture there is air-conditioning ( and warm air for winter lets).An entertainment system is provided ( satellite tv,dvd, video and cd player.) There is a built in BBQ area outside, and the pool has a stepped Roman end for easy access. There are loungers and garden tables and chairs for those sunny days relaxing by the pool.
Linen is charged at £10 per person per week. Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels). Air-con ( if used) is calculated as an extra otherwise electricity is inclusive in the rental.

Jįvea beach and port are approximately 2.5km from Casa Girasol and offer many restaurants, bars and shops. There are two restaurants within walking distance of the villa. Many sports and leisure facilities are on hand and Jįvea offers a nearby golf course. The golfing community of La Sella is about 15minutes away by car. The Montgo National Park is approx 3.5km away. Alicante Airport lies 75km to the south of the villa, Valencia Airport lies 85km to the north of Casa Girasol. A car is strongly advised to appreciate the many local attractions, the Jalon Valley (wine making area) lies about 45 minutes inland as does the famous Moorish village of Guadalest which is carved into the mountain scenery.
A secure location for both the young and the more elderly, the villa lies behand lockable gates with off road parking, the pool is on one level and the villa has no internal stairs.
