Beauséjour is a modern, single-storey building with two gîtes. It was designed and purpose-built as self-catering holiday accommodation. There is a shared swimming pool in the garden. The property is in a tiny hamlet (La Reyssie) near the market town of Ribérac.

There is electric heating and wood burners for the cooler months. The terrace is south-facing and overlooks the swimming pool in the garden. Each gîte has its own covered car parking space. The gîtes are easily accessible by road and by air. Bergerac airport is only 45 minutes away, which makes Beauséjour perfect for low season mid-week lets, long-term lets, short breaks and house-hunting trips.
Beauséjour is just 3-4 minutes away from the town of Ribérac and the River Dronne. There are numerous places of interest on the doorstep, but Beauséjour is also ideally located for those wishing to explore the wonderful sights and scenery of the Périgord Vert.
