Our ground floor, one bedroom, spacious apartment is situated at the apex of Rue Jouan Nicola and Rue St. Augustin on the edge of Vieux Nice and just minutes away from the beautiful, classical Place Garibaldi. It is near enough to enjoy the bustling markets, shops, restaurants and bars of the old town but far enough away for it to be a quiet and peaceful haven. The beaches, museums, art galleries and theatres are also close at hand
The apartment is light and airy with white marble floors throughout. There is one double bedroom, an american style kitchen which is fully equipped for 6 people, a spacious lounge with a sofa bed for additional sleeping if required but in the alcove, discreetly positioned at one end, are two full sized bunk beds which will sleep adults as well as children. The bathroom is all fitted out in marble to a high standard
