Caulnes Cottage is a attractive gite located in Les Brousses and sleeping up to 6 people. Les Brousses is a quiet, rural hamlet in the beautiful and varied Cotes d'Armor.
Located approximately 15km from medieval Dinan. To add to your enjoyment we are delighted to provide all the cottages with a barbecue and traditional wooden picnic table, which can be used on the large grassy area. This pleasant facility can be most relaxing on a hot day when there is shelter to be accessed from the mature oak trees on the grounds
The accomodation comprises of a open plan Livng/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen area is fully fitted and there is a traditional style Breton fireplace in the Living area. Just off this area is a spiral staircase to the first floor which has a double bedroom with a double bed and one single bed, another double bedroom, a single room and a full size single bed on the landing.
