Livermore Farm combines rustic charm with contemporary facilities in its 3 en-suite rooms.  Located on the edge of the village of Aylesbeare only 20 minutes from the centre of Exeter, the 17th century farmhouse is set in 15 acres of pasture, which supports sports horses, sheep and chickens. Rural setting close to Exeter with great views as far as Dartmoor

Quality accommodation with en-suite bathrooms, there are 2 Village pubs that offer great evening meals; AGA cooked breakfast using locally sourced produce including eggs from the farms own hens; Stabling is available if required and of course we offer great value!

Close proximity to Sowton, Exeter Airport, Crealy Adventure Park, WestPoint Exhibition Centre, Exeter City Centre and the East Devon coastline. Located only 5 miles (SE) from the M5 and 5 minutes from Exeter Airport it is ideally positioned for business and recreational travelers. We often have parents stay for bed and breakfast who are visiting their children at Exeter University.
