This award winning family-run guesthouse is the Garden of England's greatest secret. Located on the doorstep of Europe, it is close to many attractions and places of interest. This convenient Bed and Breakfast prides itself on offering a very warm welcome in an attractive family setting. All rooms have TV, alarm clock radios, central heating, wash basins, electric shaver points, hairdryers, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. All double, twin, and family rooms are equipped with en suite facilities. We also offer one room with a beautiful draped Four Poster bed. For guests with children we can provide cots and highchairs. Children of all ages are catered for and families are welcome. We offer a washing and ironing service for all our guests. Those travelling on business will be pleased to know we have facsimile facilities. WiFi is available with your own laptop computer at a small extra charge. Full Restaurant service is available at Garden Lodge. Open to residents and non-residents, our beautiful restaurant provides a happy, informal family atmosphere for all your meals. Dinner served from 18:00 hrs - 19:30 hrs. Tables must be reserved. Dishes feature fresh vegetables and fruit grown in Garden Lodge's own garden as well as meats and fish bought fresh from local suppliers. Cakes, pastries, chutneys and preserves are homemade. During the summer months we serve delicious traditional Kentish cream teas in the garden by the pool. All year long guests and visitors may enjoy our traditional Sunday Lunch in our beautiful dining room or outside on the patio. This is quite popular, so please try to book in advance. For early risers Continental breakfasts are always available. And for our guests on the go we can provide packed lunches.
