Originally the gardeners cottage to a nearby Victorian House, Rosemundy Cottage has been added to over the years and now provides a spacious, comfortable and relaxing base for a weekend break in Devizes or longer holiday in Wiltshire.

Down a short lane from London Road the wisteria covered front is alongside the Kennet and Avon Canal and affords off road parking for guests. The pretty enclosed rear garden has a swimming pool and gas barbeque available in the summer months. All bedrooms are double en-suite rooms but are available for single occupancy. One room with double and single is available as a twin. Rooms include a romantic four poster and a ground floor room with large en-suite bathroom, with bath and shower. Some rooms can have additional beds to accommodate children. The dining room has an open fireplace and joins the tranquil sitting room which opens out onto a sunny patio and the enclosed garden beyond.

Browse among the many individual shops in Devizes, hire a boat locally and cruise the canal, watch the shire horses delivering from Wadworths Brewery and on Thursday the open market is not to be missed. Follow the town trail, take in the Wiltshire Heritage Museum, the Wharf Canal Centre (with trip boat), stroll down the Caen Hill locks or visit Broadleas Gardens. In the evening sample the locally brewed 6X at one of Devizes many hostelries or visit the Wharf Theatre or Palace Cinema. There are many events in the Town Hall or Corn Exchange. Devizes Leisure Centre has comprehensive facilities and local restaurants cater for all tastes.
