The Exmoor Forest Inn. set in the heart of beautiful Exmoor, one of the smallest National Parks covering about 265 square miles, with its long and spectacular coast line, high moor land with wild ponies and red deer, steep valley with tumbling streams and picturesque villages, all together a lovely place to be. Ideally situated for walking, riding, fishing, shooting or just enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We have fly fishing for wild trout & salmon on a 1 1/2 miles stretch of the River Barle.
Our Double or Twin en-suite bedrooms are regularly upgraded to achieve a high standard and are on the first and second floors with views of the Barle Valley. All are comfortablyfurnished with central heating, colour TV tea and coffee making facilities, clock radio and hair dryer.
Sample our awared winning fresh fish, local meat and game dishes, complimented by a good selection of local real ales, fine wines and spirits. The food is all freshly cooked to order and served in one of our cosy candle lit bars or our charming dining room, the choice is yours.
We use local West Country produce where ever possible and our menus include some vegetarian dishes. Please advise of any special dietary needs.
