Barclay Farmhouse is a luxuriously extended 18th Century dwelling-house situated in the historic village of Biddenden, in the heart of Kent. It is set in beautifully maintained gardens with a large pond and enjoying rural views to all aspects, being set back 100 metres from the road.Our accommodation has been awarded five Stars by The English Tourism Council, a Bib Award by Michelin and is featured in the world renowned Alastair Sawday Guide - Special Places to Stay.

We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the highest possible level of comfort and service. We regret that, due to the danger of the large deepwater pond at the front of the property, we are unable to accommodate children. We have, therefore, furnished the rooms to a very high standard, with the complete comfort of adult guests in mind.

The bedrooms have modern en-suite facilities including power showers and heated towel rails. Ample luxury towels and crisp bed linen are provided. Each room has the latest LCD flat screen TV with digital Freeview, bedside radio / alarm / CD player, hair dryer, telephone, refrigerator and mini-safe. Kentish Hills mineral water and fresh milk are provided, and a hospitality tray with an assortment of teas and coffees. Wireless internet access can be provided to your laptop computer. There is ample off-street parking close to the accommodation and disabled access to the ground floor bedroom.
