Packridge Farm is a 16th Century Farmhouse which stands in 10 acres of gardens and paddocks.

The Dairy is a converted Milking Shed once the old Milking Sheds, has been beautifully converted to provide two en suite double rooms and guests' lounge/games room with a large Inglenook Fireplace (complete with wood burning stove for those cold winter nights.) There is also a large (1/2 size) Snooker Table in the Games Room available for guests and the owners to use. The farm has an outdoor swimming pool open for use in summer and a HOT TUB available all year. There is grazing and stabling for up to 6 horses which can be available for guests use by prior arrangement.

The Farmhouse is ideally located just off the M27 between Southampton and Romsey. It is situated on the south facing slope of Telegraph Hill, an old Armada Beacon Point. The Dairy will appeal to both business and holiday travellers as its location is just 5 minutes drive to the Motorway network, 10 minutes to Southampton Central Railway and 10 minutes to the airport. The New Forest is within a few miles as are the Market Towns of Romsey, Salisbury and Winchester. There are many beautiful and some challenging walks very close to the farm.
